Lanzarote Holiday Apartments accommodation highlights
Communidad Patricia is a small private gated complex of eight apartments in Calle Rociega, Puerto del Carmen, situated in a quiet location close to the main beaches, shops, supermarkets and nightlife. The shops and attractions of the harbour in the ‘old town’ are walkable, but a cheap regular bus service is available.
This comfortable apartment is on the ground floor with two good sized twin bedrooms, large lounge, Sky TV, fully equipped kitchen and fully tiled bathroom with washing machine. Private patio and community plunge pool. Please see picture gallery.
We have been established for many years and do have a good reputation. We like to think of our clients as friends and in fact, most are, or do become so. The apartment is looked after by a local agent, who is available and very happy to help with any queries or problems you may have during your stay. She will assist with anything from directions, to booking taxis and medical or other emergencies.
We really want our guests to have a fabulous holiday and to enjoy this fantastic island.
Bookings
Bookings for up to four people are taken with 10% deposit and balance payable 1 month before departure. Prices start from £250.00 for two people per week plus £25.00 per week for each additional person.
